Booking Deposit, Stripe & Final Invoices

Booking payment
Choose a service and a real available appointment through the embedded Calendly booking form. Complete the CAD $25 payment during the booking flow using Stripe. The $25 amount is credited toward the agreed total price, not charged as an extra booking surcharge. A reservation must pass both the booking and payment steps before it is confirmed. Contact us if the checkout amount differs from the agreed CAD $25 deposit.
Booking confirmation
Calendly handles the booking confirmation and appointment reminders. Stripe processes the card payment and retains a payment transaction record. Depending on merchant email preferences, Stripe may also send a receipt. The actual amount charged and transaction details must be checked in the payment receipt. The Calendly notification alone is not a separate tax invoice for the completed project.
Taxes and remaining balance
Advertised prices are in Canadian dollars, before any applicable sales tax. Tax treatment of the upfront $25 depends on the actual contract, whether the amount is a genuine deposit or advance payment, place-of-supply rules and the supplier’s verified tax registrations. The full invoice will separately show any applicable tax and credit the exact deposit once; no double charging.
Final estimates and invoices
We prepare and review estimates, tax invoices and final-balance requests manually before sending them to customers. Once the agreed work is completed, the itemized final balance is normally payable within five calendar days, subject to the accepted contract and applicable law. Booking and paying the CAD $25 deposit does not authorize automatic off-session collection of the final balance.
Cancellations and refunds
No blanket no-refund policy applies. See our cancellation policy; applicable statutory rights remain in effect.
Receipts and reminders
Calendly sends booking confirmations and may send appointment reminders. Stripe may send a payment receipt when configured. Estimates and final invoices are created and sent manually. Stripe is not configured by this website to send automatic final invoices or make automatic final-balance card charges.
