Independent service provider
Local Guide 360° Tours is an independent Ottawa–Gatineau photographic service. We are not affiliated with Google, Street View, or the Google Local Guides program. Google determines third-party publication and rankings.
Agreed work
Your written order/quote identifies the legal supplier, address, number and location of 360° viewpoints, edited-photo count, deliverables, service date, fees, travel/extra charges, and estimated delivery timing. Extra work requires approval in writing.
Site access and permissions
The customer must be authorized to order photography and grant access, identify sensitive areas, and disclose safety constraints. People, minors, sensitive documents and private spaces may require additional consent or masking.
Payment
A CAD $25 deposit is credited toward the agreed price if the booking is completed and paid. Final invoice and taxes, where applicable, are reviewed and issued manually after the documented completion milestone. No automatic final card collection is authorized by booking.
Cancellations and remedies
Cancellations, no-shows, rescheduling and quality disputes are handled under the published cancellation policy and applicable provincial law. Mandatory rights, including consumer protections, are not waived.
Third-party limitations
We do not control Google’s decisions to publish panoramas, connect routes, select cover images or rank a listing. We do not guarantee particular impressions, inquiries, revenue or customer growth.
Liability and resolution
We use reasonable professional care. Lawful contractual limits may apply, but nothing here excludes non-excludable liability or consumer rights. Report a problem promptly to allow assessment and reasonable corrective action.
Before payment
Any consumer-specific Quebec and Ontario contract disclosures, French-language requirements, cancellation rights and the supplier’s registered identity should be reviewed before commercial launch. Our support email is zachsupwork@gmail.com.
Free Calendly scheduling and separate deposit
Booking and the CAD $25 credited deposit are completed together in the embedded Calendly and Stripe checkout. The agreed price, tax treatment, scope, cancellation rights and final amount are confirmed in writing. Final invoices are reviewed and sent manually following completion; the deposit does not authorize automatic final charges.
